Call the voice mail system by dialing its extension number

• When the system answers, log into the Main Command Menu by dialing:  #6*998.
• Press 4 to Set the Clock.
• The Voice Mail system will prompt you with the current time in the system.
• If incorrect, press 1 to change then enter correct time in 24-hour format: HHMM.  Then press # as stated in prompts.
• The Voice Mail system will prompt you to enter 1 for AM or 2 for PM.
• The Voice Mail system will then state the newly programmed time.  You will then be prompted to return for corrections, or to press 2 to accept.
• After setting the correct time, hang up.
