To Place order on Line:

Determine Product to be ordered.

Click arrows on available option bars, pick preferences for delivery of CD's or paper manuals, leave blank for download default.

In the upper right hand corner of the product field, there are four squares left most is the quantity square (default is 1) change for quantity desired. Second square adds the product to the shopping basket. Next allows you to view your basket, the right most adds the item to your favorites list.

When adding to basket an option square is displayed to verify that some options may not have been selected. (for download click OK or select additional delivery options) Another option square verifies you are adding the item and the price. (click OK or cancel).

You may view your basket from any product square or by clicking the "Basket" button on the top bar., You may delete any items you may not want.

When finished shopping click the "Checkout" button on the top Bar. Total purchase price will be displayed. Select Payment method and Tax Region. (tax will be added to the total for purchases within Texas. Questions call 254-595-0620) .

Once the boxes are marked click next at the bottom of the page.

The personal information page is displayed. Please fill in as completely as possible. Some items are not required for downloads. You may use the bottom section to give "Your notice to us"(special instructions, or comments).

At the bottom of this page is the option to Print this order.  A copy of the order wil be sent to the email address you provide.

Click Next.

Payment information is requested. Please fill in credit card information. This step will be omited for non credit card purchases. This transaction is processed by a "Secure Server". If you would rather not send credit card information over the web, Call us (254-595-0620) or fax your printed order with necessary information to 254-595-0620. Governmental Agencies are extended a net 30 option. Net 30 accounts may be established, Fax credit information to 254-595-0620.

Click next. The order is sent.

You may make changes to any order. Email changes to osales@quick-manuals.com Once the order has been processed and download information is emailed the order cannot be canceled.
